Depending on your province, please ensure to mail your passport application to the correct location to avoid any delay.
To mail a Canadian passport application, you must first complete the application form, which is available online or at any Service Canada Centre. You must also include two identical passport photos that meet the requirements, as well as the applicable fee in the form of a check or money order. Generally speaking, the processing time for mailed passport is about 20 business plus mailing time. So it is strongly advised to at leave submit your passport application at your local Service Canada centre if it is not a rush request.

According to the instruction shown on passport application form, your passport will be delivered to the mail address that you have provided. If your mailing address changes within 30 days of submitting your application, then you must notify the Passport Canada office asap.
