Local number: 819-997-8338 (Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET)

Instruction to easily speak to a Passport Canada call centre agent.

1) Press 1 for English or 2 for French
2) If there is an automated message, wait until the message ends
3) Press 1 if you are calling in Canada then press “2” right away to speak to a service line agent.
4) You will be placed on a priority call waiting list to speak to the Passport Canada agent.

The best time to contact Passport call centre is usually in the morning, by the end of the week. Avoid calling on Monday as it is the busiest call period.
