You have the option to submit your passport application at a local Service Canada Centre or a dedicated Passport Canada office, depending on when you need your passport.
Walk-in visit
Walk-in services may be available depending on the day’s operation. If the location is busy, you may need to wait longer or the local centre staff may ask you to come back another day.

Do I need to visit a Service Canada Passport Service centre?
If you need your passport by the next business day, or within 2-9 business days or less.

If you need your passport between/under 2 to 9 business days
(Some high-volume Passport Canada offices are currently turning away people who are not travelling within 24-48 hours. There is also a daily line-up cut-off in the morning! Please share in our comment box if you have any updates.)

Service Canada centres that offer 10 business days passport service
Some Service Canada centres are designated 10 business days receiving office. As the designated sites keep changing depending on their operation load, please visit their website to confirm the 10 business days service at Search for Passport Office location.
If you are not in the rush and can wait for your passport for over 20+ business days
Go to any Service Canada Centre. They are currently promising a regular processing timeframe of up to 20 business days + mailing time.
